Description
Extjs has the ability to be 'stateful': it can save and restore component state using DOM cookie.
Our component should also have the ability to play with the state manager.
Example: http://demo.mapfish.org/mapfishsample/trunk/examples/shortcuts/layout.html, resize the west panel and reload the page, the size is saved.
