Slightly unstable - cause: different configuration YAML files

Description

When the print module runs for quite a while and/or one of the YAML configuration files was changed, it seems like it "crashes" the print module and it (or Tomcat) has to be restarted for it to work again. I suspect it has to do with how I implemented the getting of the Map Printer? object. I'm currently debugging this, but it's just so hard to reproduce, because it only happens after a while.

I added some code to have more information debugging this and should be able to figure out what is causing it. I will merge this code into the trunk, because I also fixed another bug with the SVG legend.
